Abbey Played four years of lacrosse at New Hyde Park Memorial.
Went on to play four years of DII lacrosse at LIU Post.
At LIU Post, she won 3 east coast conference titles with 4 NCAA tournament appearances.
After college, she was spent 3 years coaching varsity lacrosse at New Hyde Park Memorial where she lead the team to the Nassau County Class B Quarterfinals. The team was also conference IV runner ups two years in a row. Currently, she coaches at Herricks High School and coordinates the youth lacrosse camps through the Herricks Booster Club and PAL lacrosse.
